- in large deep skillet on medium high heat mix onion,garlic and ground beef, saute until brown (meat no longer pink) about 10 minutes or so
- then add the flour and stir to coat(what's in skillet )then stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, mustard and those 3 cups guinness you saved earlier cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened season with salt and pepper to taste
