  2. Cook 4 hours on LOW setting.
  3. Slice half head of Cabbage, Rough-Cut Chunks of Potatoes, and add to bowl with Baby Carrots or Chunks of Carrots.

  6. In a non-stick pan, add 4TBS butter and heat on med-high/high heat. When butter is hot, Transfer the meat to the pan.
  7. Sear each side for about 1 minute, each side.
  8. Transfer meat back to crockpot with veggies in original meat broth
  9. Simmer together (Cook on low 1 or more hours) or until you desire to serve. Enjoy!
  10. Tip: If you slice your Corned Beef Brisket, cut against the grain
