  1. Heat water as needed for boil. Add tomato, onion, seasonings, some butter and beer.
  2. Use your favorite marinade or create marinade with ingredients listed under the steak (worcestershire, soy, salt, garlic and pepper) Place ingredients in a plastic bag or bowl, be sure steak is coated all sides, and allow steak to marinate for 30 minutes- 1 hour, or the time it takes to bring your seafood pot to a boil.
  3. Be preheating your oven at 400°F for Garlic Buttered Toast and microwave steam your bag of Vegtable Medley. (If you don't have a bag of veggies, then boil or steam your veggies) then to cooked veggies, add real butter as desired.
  4. Add all seafood mixture and corn on cob to boil and cook 7 minutes or til desired doneness.
  5. Bake your potato in microwave for 5-7minutes, til soft or semi-soft. Remove from microwave, slice potato open and add a slice of real butter, sprinkle of salt and black pepper
  6. Bake your garlic buttered toast til done, and top with mozzarella cheese, melt chz and green herbs of your choice (I used a sprinkle of Italian seasoning)
  7. Heat Canola Oil in pan til hot, then sear your steak on each side 1-2minutes each side, depending on thickness of steak or til desired doneness. I prefer mine medium rare.
  8. Strain Seafood and Corn from the boil and add to a bowl. I love adding a cup of the tasty Seafood Boil's Broth back to my individual bowl for serving, also for dipping the Cheesy Garlic Buttered Toast into it! 😋
  9. Plate all other ingredients, add Seafood Bowl to plate or serve Bowl Side-By-Side with the plated Veggies. Enjoy!
