- roll dough out pizza style
- carmelize onion with sprinkle of olive oil
- lightly brown bacon
- poor creme freiche onto pizza dough. spread evenly.
- season creme with 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp nutmeg
- top with onion and bacon
- preheat oven to 450°F
- cook in oven for 15 minute or until edge of dough is browned.
